Yes! In person therapy is my preference. I work to prioritize clients who prefer in person visits, as that can be a more difficult resource to access. I am happy to offer virtual visits which are provided through a private and secure telehealth platform.

At this time I am contracted with Aetna, Pacific Source, OHP Open Card, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Medicare. As each insurance company has multiple plans, please double check that I am in network with your specific plan. If you have a different insurance, I’m happy to provide you with an itemized invoice (super bill) which you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

$180 for initial assessment appointments and follow up sessions. These sessions are about 60 minutes. I do offer extended sessions of 90 minutes for $260, and 120 minutes for $350. Keep in mind most insurances will not reimburse out of network benefits for extended sessions. Payment is collected at each session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session rate.
